Aly has always been passionate about helping others, especially when it comes to their physical well-being. Her love for physiotherapy started at an early age, after she experienced a low back injury during a basketball tournament. This led her to seek the help of a physiotherapist, and it was then that she realised she wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives through this field.
Aly is a proud graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education with honours in 2016. Afterward, she took a leap of faith and traveled to the other side of the world to pursue her Masters of Physiotherapy degree at Griffith University in Australia. In 2019, she graduated with honours and continued to hone her skills through work and professional development courses throughout Australia. Aly’s passion for promoting well-being has taken her all over the world!
Aly’s focus is on treating individuals with neck pain, headaches, shoulder injuries, and TMJ (jaw) disorders. She has even received extra training for treating headaches from the Watson Headache® Institute.
But Aly’s dedication to helping others doesn’t end there. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in the beauty of nature through hiking, as well as practicing yoga and pilates to keep her own body healthy. Aly is also an avid explorer of local cafes, wineries, and breweries in the area. She loves to learn about new places and try new things!
With her caring nature and vast knowledge of physiotherapy, Aly is committed to helping you achieve your physical goals and improve your overall quality of life. You can trust her to provide exceptional care and support throughout your journey to better health.
