Panthea graduated with honours from Georgian College’s 3-year Massage Therapy program, studied Life Sciences at the University of Toronto, and completed McMaster University’s Medical Acupuncture program.
Panthea is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a part of the Registered Massage Therapist Association. As a lifelong athlete and competitive athlete in Track and Field, Panthea experienced the immense benefits of massage therapy on recovery, rehabilitation, injury prevention, optimized performance and more.
Panthea is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive practice where all patients can comfortably access massage therapy.
Panthea integrates different modalities into her treatments including:
- Medical Acupuncture
- Cupping Therapy
- Sports Massage
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
- Myofascial techniques
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
When Panthea is not at the clinic, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her partner, training at the gym, running, or taking courses to learn new modalities.
