Marci Triemstra

Marci grew up in Brampton but spent lots of time outdoors camping, hiking and played volleyball through high school. She followed the pull of the ocean to Halifax, Nova Scotia where she completed her BSc in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. She has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation and believes physical activity is key for both physical and mental health. She now lives in Victoria Harbour where she loves to get outside to hike, birdwatch, and mountain bike.
