Kailey Bruce

RSW, MSW

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Kailey is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and older adults through health, mental health, and major life changes. She has worked in hospitals, rehabilitation programs, geriatric care, and palliative care, and brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to every session.

Drawing on therapies such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, Kailey tailors her work to each person’s needs—helping clients cope, heal, and find meaning during life’s challenges. She has a special interest in grief, bereavement, and supporting individuals and caregivers living with chronic illness, acquired brain injury, or end-of-life transitions.

Trained in Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia (SCA™), Kailey ensures clients with communication difficulties can fully participate in therapy. Her goal is to create a safe, respectful space where every voice is heard and valued.

Outside of work, Kailey enjoys time in nature with her dog, Denim, as well as yoga and mindfulness, which she also brings into her practice to support healing and balance.
