Georgia Lee
MSc. PT
Physiotherapist
Georgia completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at McMaster University before moving to London, England, where she earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Brunel University London. Following graduation, she worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in private practice in London, gaining experience treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent musculoskeletal pain. She is also certified in APPI Matwork Level One Pilates.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Georgia worked as a Lead Movement Specialist, helping individuals recover from injury and improve their movement through exercise, education, custom bracing, and orthotics. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy and continues to shape her patient-centred approach to care.
Georgia has a particular interest in active rehabilitation and enjoys helping clients recover from both acute and persistent injuries. She believes in providing personalized, evidence-based treatment and works collaboratively with each client to develop a plan that aligns with their goals. When appropriate, she incorporates Pilates principles into rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. Georgia is passionate about helping people move with confidence, return to the activities they love, and achieve lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing.
Having grown up in the area, Georgia is excited to be back in the Orillia & Bracebridge communities to give back to the place that helped shape her passion for sport, exercise, and human movement. From playing basketball, volleyball, and soccer growing up, to competing in university-level flag football and netball, movement has always been an important part of her life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active outdoors, hiking, travelling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
