Abhi is an alumni from the University of Waterloo, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Health Studies. He took extensive courses in biology, human anatomy and psychology. This peaked his interest in manual therapy where he decided to continue his education journey at Medix College in Toronto. Abhi obtained his diploma in Massage Therapy and was the top of his class graduating with a 94% average. Abhi is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Abhi is passionate about helping others and specializes in the following modalities:
⁃ Deep tissue massage
⁃ Active release techniques
⁃ Trigger point therapy
⁃ Fascial stretch therapy
⁃ Mio fascial techniques, and
⁃ Athletic massage
Abhi personalizes each treatment session to meet each individual’s needs. He focuses on educating clients and promotes fostering a healthy lifestyle. Abhi’s areas of interest include:
⁃ Postural imbalances
⁃ Assessment and correction
⁃ Motor Vehicle Accident and Post-Op treatments
⁃ Injury prevention and rehabilitation, and
⁃ Sports performance
When he is not treating you can find Abhi in the gym lifting weights, playing soccer, working on cars, and travelling.
